no unpasteurized foods (certain cheeses - like feta and blue cheese), no fresh mozz, be cautious about pate's, no or limited tuna/no high mercury level fish, some dr.'s say no cold cuts/some say moderation, modify caffeine intake, some say no cold cuts/some say heat and eat/others say just get from a reputable place......
and of course - just enjoy!!!!

Cold cuts should be heated until steaming to kill any potential listeria... bacteria that can form on them.
No hot dogs, salami, pepperoni, etc. due to nitrates.

My dr just said NO to unpasterized diary of any kind, no blue cheese or caesar dressing, no tiramisu dessert, mercury high fish- he gave me a list and that was it!!! Everything else in moderation.
Tuna fish light in water can OK 12oz a week
