OK..so spin off to my belly pics...does the WAY you carry determine gender?
IE: carry high/low
all belly vs. getting big all over
While all we care about is a healthy baby, we would love to find out we're carrying a boy.
(We find out either next Fri or February @ 20 weeks)

Well I noticed that with Jake I was all belly. You could not tell I was pregnant from behind.
Now with this pregnancy (its a girl) my butt has defiantly gotten bigger and I feel a lot wider.

I would say absolutely not. When I was pregnant with Katherine, nearly everyone said I was having a boy based on my body. This time...same story. We shall see in May.
On the other hand, my girlfriend *swore* by this method (predicted a boy for me  ). She carried wide all over, had a girl. She thought she was proven right until a couple of months ago. She is pregnant right now and thought 100% she was having another girl based on her symptoms and especially her body (same as the last time). Well, she got the shock of her life to find out she's having a BOY in March!!

My friend carried all over and she had a girl the first time. We all thought she was having a boy for the second because she only gained in her belly...we were wrong! She had another girl!

see I was the opposite with Alyson. I was ALL belly and nothing anywhere else and carried low the entire time.
So with this PG, it's the same....it seems all belly, no m/s.
the only thing is that the heart rate seemed slower than what I remember with DD the last time we went in almost a month ago.

My cousin carried all belly for her son and all over for her daughter, same with my best friend.
To tell you the truth, I am all belly. I actually look BETTER than I did pre-pregnancy in regards to my legs, arms and rear end. So strange!

I don't think the way you carry determines gender. My mom says she carried me and my brother the same (the only major difference is that she was heavier when she had me five years after my bro).
My best friend had a boy and she carried a lot around the middle. DH's cousin had a boy and carried a lot in hips, thighs and a lot in her face too. I know three people who had girls who all carried very small and in the front.
I think the way you carry is based on your body structure and muscle tone at the time.
