OK...so you know how I am having a garage sale tomorrow? Well...
a woman just came and rang my bell. She drove ALL the way from Coney Island to ask what I was selling and to get a sneak peek. Wow!!! Talk about die-hard garage saler!!!  People are funny.

 When we had the Garage Sale for my brother last year, my mom had people knocking on her door all day Friday and then showing up Saturday at 6 a.m.!!!

We've held them before and had a 9:00 starting time and people would be on our lawn waiting at 7:00!!!!

Seriously. AND...she gave me her phone # so I could ask my FIL what he was selling (at my garage sale cause I wasn't sure). My FIL called her back and were on the phone for 15 minutes chatting!!
I swear...only us!

That is so hysterical. I'm nervous because I advertised in NEwsday as well as several online sites. Hope I don't need to hire bouncers!

UM yes there are some totally die hard yard salers out there...
My DH's stepmom is one. She lives out in the Hamptons and get awesome $$ stuff for cheap bc all the rich people get rid of the stuff they are tired of. Well, one time she asked me to go. One of the sales, the sign said "Starts at 9am. NO EARLY BIRDS". She starts to go into the house and I was like "Dont you think we should wait - see what it says?" (It was like 815am.) She says, "Eh, so what" AND WALKS INTO THEIR HOUSE. The guy comes running out and starts screaming "Get the hell out of here, can't you read the sign!!" OMG I was mortified. I didn't go in, I waited outside but OMG.....the nerve
