Old messages in Hotmail disappeared! Did it happen to anyone else?

About a month ago all my emails received more than a month prior have disappeared. Gone! What happened? I am trying to call Microsoft and search google for answers but so far I found nothing. I really need somethign that I had in my inbox and now it's all gone.

Anyone have ANY ideas??
