Old Navy dress pants - how is the quality?
I was just browing on their website and they have some really nice dress pants for only $30! but how is the quality?

I have a few pairs and they have held up for a few months now.
I think they are made better then they have been made in the past.

they'll last you a year or so.... the short is too short on me, the reg is too long.

LOL!! Same for me!!
In all honesty, the two pairs I wear weekly to work now (that I machine wash) have lasted me much longer than a year. But I think they were purchased during a phase when the quality was better than it once was or maybe is now.
ETA: I wouldn't spend $30 on any pants at ON though because you never know ... I usually like to get them online when on clearance - max $24.99.

I actually have some pairs of works pants from there and they have lasted pretty long. Not bad quality considering the price

the hems ALWAYS fall down (after a few cold washes and hang dries)
nothing that a dry cleaner cant fix for $8

They last a long time for me. I dry clean my work clothes - so maybe thats why they last longer than if you washed them.

They work for me and for $30 I don't expect them to last me a life time, but they last for 3-4yrs. I have about 5pairs I wear for functions, weddings, meetings, and so on. I don't wear them often so I could get more time out of thm that way but if you buy a few pairs you should be fine for quite some time. I LOVE Old Navy clothes

They will last you a season. I find that they lose their shape after a while.
for some reason, ON pants NEVER fit me right.

ME too  I'm 5'7" but have short legs... I hate that nothing fits in length!

ME too I'm 5'7" but have short legs... I hate that nothing fits in length!
I don't have short legs and they STILL need to be hemmed. this was never an issue for me until a few years ago when it became very stylish to wear really high heels with pants (and have the hem slightly cover the shoe)

I just make sure with my work clothes that i don't throw them in the dryer. This goes for ON, NY&Co, Express, Gap, etc.
