Old Navy Returns (By Mail)
I just ordered a few things online that came in the mail today that are the wrong size. Usually, I get items shipped in a bag, and I just print out the "3lb" UPS shipping label and send it back without a problem. This time, the items came in a decent sized box, which is what I will be shipping them back in. When I go to print the label, it is still printing out the "3lb" label, even though the box is significantly heavier. Won't I get charged? It's supposed to be free shipping for all returns.

Is there a store close to you? I always just return to the store. I shop online for a better size selection.

certain items can only be returned by mail - she probably has those items.
Just put it in the box with the 3lb label. Old Navy is responsible for any extra charges.

Yep, these maternity items can only be returned through the mail.
Thanks Shorty - Went to the UPS store and didn't have a problem
