I think they did when I was pregnant. Just beware - don't pull too hard when you're pulling them up. I ripped the panel within the first few times of wearing them!

I think in general, Old Navy pants run big. So if you're an 8 normally, get a 6.
And ITA about the panel of the Old Navy pants. One of mine ripped and the other one formed a small hole.
