Old tiles in the kitchen.... help!
We have OLD plastic tiling on half the walls in the kitchen. It doesn't really go with the paint on the upper half and I'm just looking for a small updated look before we re-do the house. I'm trying to find a way to do something with them (other than rip them down because it takes off half the wall with them)
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I saw a Designed to Sell once and they just regrouted the tiles with a toothbrush and some new color grout (different from whatever the original was is what they recommended). You may have to do it twice to fully cover but the difference was amazing - the tiles looked brand new.
