Olivias cheeks are really red.... what could it be

She woke up this morning with really red cheeks. It may be nothing but could it be something?? We didn't start her on any new foods and did change her soap or anything. She doesn't have any spots or redness anywhere else but I am going to keep my eyes out for any other changes. Do u think I should call the dr tomorrow or maybe wait another day or two to see if it goes away? TIA

Do they feel rough/dry? We were just at the ped's twice last week (DS has a bacterial infection in his toe, whole other post, miserable week) and my DS's cheeks are VERY red as well, and feel kind of rough. Ped said it was eczema flaring up this time of year and to put Cortizone creame on his face about twice/day...

It feels kind of bumpy certain spots...I put alittle medicine on it tonight so lets see what it looks like and feels like tomorrow.

I hope that's all it is. If she seems to be fine otherwise then that is my guess. DS's feels almost like scales in some places. Let me know how she's doing.

DO they have any other symptoms? DS has had this too since mid last week - I just figured it was from the wind/cold outside that they were chapped. But, it doesn't seem to be going away. however, i googled fifths disease and he doesn't have any other symptoms.

They have a fever, but that is it. My 2 year old is miserable.

My DS has had red cheeks for about a week now. I just thought it was from her 2 year old molars. I noticed the other day that her molars are coming up in the back.
I've never heard of fifths disease?
I guess I should call my ped. this morning.
