I was thinking this too but I am trying to figure out how it can happen. But they need to explain how Mitch's stem cells saved shane's life.

Maybe Bo was a teeneager who got a girl pregnant and she never told him, and somehow now it comes out that he is his father..
I'm thinking with the stem cells maybe they weren't really mitch's stems maybe they were someone's elses.

I was reading they are going to make it that Rex IS really Mitch's son. I don't know how, but you would think his parents are somewhere in town. They don't normally do a who's my daddy/mommy story unless they are nearby.
