olympic commentators
Specifically the diving and gymnastic commentators...zip it!! I hate listening to bart freaking Conner carry on and on about how awful a mistake the US made. Really. We get it. Enough of your negativity.

DH and I were watching and I said to him I cannot stand listening to these commentators they get on my nerves so bad so now I mute the TV. LOL

Does anyone notice how they kiss Chinas azz. In gymnastics the US and the Chinese will make the same mistake-stepping out of bounds or whatever-they will say of teh Chinese oh well you can't tell if he did that on purpose or what? Could be part of his routine. Then when the Americans make the same mistake they are like oh thats 3/10ths of a point. Big Mistake-thats gonna cost them

I usually zone them out, but I was upset with the swimming guy who had no confidence in the US relay team to beat France - boy was he wrong!

and my Dh was  about Al Trautwig is the commentator for gymnastics. what does a hockey guy know about that sport?

shut your big, stupid mouth!!! please. I know nothing about diving and love to watch it. I don't need to hear you say "whoa tidal wave" after team canada dove. really.

That's what my husband has been saying about Cris Collinsworth even being at the Oylmpics. He keeps yelling about how there is no football in the Olympics & how he can't even announce that, so what the hell can he say about swimming. Apparently he just likes to hang out with Michael Phelps's mom!
I LOVE Bela Corolyi though! He doesn't even pretend the Chinese are playing according to the rules when it comes to age minimums.

Yesterday, someone actually said Nastia Liukin was in the Liukin zone.  Looked like she was on the sidelines to me!
And I think Dh is going to throw something the next time a diving announcer says "synchro".

i know!!  my face was like ... i couldnt believe she said that!!
she is HIGHLY annoying.. i had to turn it off after that.. i just couldnt watch anymore..
