Olympics 2012 Opening Cermony
in the U.S do we watch this at 7.30 AM or 7.30pm ?

We're 5 hours earlier than London

The official countdown (at 1:52pm EDT) is 1 day, 2 hours, and 8 minutes, so the ceremony will start tomorrow at 4pm our time.
I don't know when it will air on TV, though.

oooh, ok , so how do we watch individual events? is there is schedule somewhere that shows us the U.S. watch times

NBC is airing the Olympics, and here is their schedule:

NBC is airing the opening ceremony on channel 4 at 7:30pm, but I'm sure you'll be able to catch stuff earlier on-line.
