Omega-3 fatty acids
how much has your dr. stressed the importance of Omega-3 fatty acids? i know some pre-natals contain Omega-3 fatty acids, mine do not. i am also not a big fish fan...
my dr. really didn't stress the Omega-3 and am wondering if i should have requested more info.

My doctor didn't say anything to me about it. I just decided to take the vitamins that have it (Duet DHA) when I was reading about the difference between the various vitamin choices -- which my doctor left up to me.
