OMG - Cracking myself up over here...
I keep calling this company that has an automated phone system and I can never find the right "word" to navigate through the system...
So BIL is sitting here with me and (on speakerphone) yells
"Eff You!"
It promply says "I will connect you to the correct department"
Next time, NOW I know the magic word!
