This is the character Lisa Davis (as played by Jill Whelan of "The Love Boat" [Vicky Stubing] fame) from the movie AIRPLANE!. Lisa was en route to the Mayo Clinic for a heart transplant. During the flight, the flight attendant noticed that Lisa looked as if she could use some cheering up. So she borrowed a guitar from a nun. She dragged the guitar so that it hit everyone's head consecutively and started singing an inspirational song for the ailing child. The passengers on the flight were singing and clapping when all of a sudden, the passion of the flight attendant's singing caused the guitar to dislodge the IV from Lisa's arm. Lisa then made the face you see in my avatar and the picture below. The avatar quote is what Lisa said to the flight attendant just before she started to sing!
