OMG - our offer was accepted! UPDATED
I still cant believe it - we are seeing the house again tomorrow and are trying to set up an inspection for wednesday, but we are one step closer to being homeowners!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update 9/10
We went by the house last night and brought our 4.5 month old daughter, who burst into tears the second she walked into the house. All I kept thinking was "in those horror movies, the child always senses trouble first" but eventually she calmed down.
We met the owner and he said he was thrilled that a family was buying his house - and he gave us the awesome wooden swing set/playground thing in the backyard!
We signed a pre-contract agreement last night and are supposed to go into contract on 9/25!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, you prob signed a binder and it was subject to the Inspection.
