OMG!!!!!!!!! We might be in CONTRACT by next week!!!
DH and I put an offer on a house in Centerville (Ozone Park). They accepted our offer, we went to the bank, the appraiser approved the house, and now they are writing up the contract. This is UNREAL!!!!
They said we could be in the house by the holidays!!!
I actually feel like this......
