I feel your pain! I broke mine years ago in a fall down the stairs too. Its never been the same since. It was quite a few years before I gave birth too, but having a "sunny side up" baby didnt help me either. I think I reinjured it but never had it looked at again. I gave birth 2 years ago and it still hurts...

They gave me a doughnut and told me to take it easy. To stand as much as possible, and to switch between hard and soft surfaces. I gave my doctor a look dripping with disdain and he just shook his head and said if I needed anything i could call him and his wife. He gave me pain meds. But both make me dazed and tired. Just awesome for dealing with my almost two year old.

Oh boy. I am so sorry.  I hope it starts healing quickly for you!!! I know the pain from bruising it... I cannot even imagine the agony of breaking it!!!!

i did that 5 years ago...fell flat on my butt while rollerblading.
Basically all they could do for me was give me the donut to sit on and I got some vicodin. It took a couple of months for it to heal.
