OMG! I got a phone interview for Monday. Any advice?
It is my first phone interview, or rather interview for a "real job" ever!! Any other interviews I have had have been for grad school. Is there anything I should know?

A little stretching and deep breathing beforehand. Go to the bathroom before. Sit in a comfy but not too comfy chair. Smile when you talk to portray an upbeat attitude. Speak in complete sentences. Don't use slang. Take notes but not too much to distract you. If you get another call ignore it. Have your resume in front of you.

I'd echo everything Susan suggested. I would also take the time to write notes on your accomplishments, any explanations for gaps in your resume - just to refer back to it when necessary.
I would also get together some questions you do have about the company & the job. Not canned questions but actual questions.
I'm assuming you've looked at the company website, checked out linked in with the person you're interviewing?
I was very impressed with a candidate I interviewed that mentioned he viewed several videos on our website. Not just because he went to the website but the videos aren't easily found so he did drill down into it. He also mentioned looking me up on linked in.
