omg I'm craving sugar - make it stop!!!
Okay, today I woke up and vowed to cut down on sweets. I have been overdoing, for weeks with, with the cakes, cookies, donuts, ice cream ... 
I need some ideas, to curb this, for now I'm gonna try orange juice. I doubt that will curb it.
Ideas?

Lemon water. It always curbs my cravings. Ice cold, lemon water. With sugar, if you've been eating a lot of it and then cut down suddenly, your body will absolutely crave it. Give it a few days and the cravings will subside.

Fruit it is still a ton of sugar but at least it has other nutrients.

Perfect! Its been working great for me all day! Except I've been drinking it hot, cause my throat feels icky.
