OMG its all done!!!
After all the drama for the last 6 months, its all done. I accepted an offer, turned down an offer and told the city I won't be working for them.
I'm at home now, so tomorrow I will be giving my notice.
Its exactly the same kind of law i practice now, but the people are nicer, they believe in investing in their associates (which my firm doesn't- they don't even train brand new attorneys). Not to mention better benefits and a $30K salary bump!! Its also a Boston based office which stared in NY 2 years ago and they are expanding. I will be even helping hiring the new attorneys!!!
OMG, my new life starts in 2 weeks!!! 
Once I get a new apartment, my life will FINALLY be settled!!!!!
