OMG my boobs hurt
I gave birth to DS #2 on Tuesday and today my milk came in. Wow did I forget how painful engorged breasts could be. I've been using ice packs and nursing as much as possible. Can someone remind me how long this lasts? I can't remember from the first time.

I find that keeping them warm and pumping between feedings helps.
When my milk came in I was engorged for about a day and a half. I was pumping with a heat pack on my chest and it was all better.
