It's hilarious and frustrating all at once.

I am guilty of this.....Most of the time I perfer e-mailing. It saves me the time of getting caught in a conversation that has nothing to do with the original topic.
I am mean at work...

Some people just like to have a paper trail. My boss and I will have a conversation and then he'll email me about it right after so there's a record. Where I work, we're also cc happy. Everyone and their mother gets a cc on probably 40% of the emails that go out in this office.
