Ive made them and they are a hit. Diff recipe but same idea

This looks fabulous! What else is in there? Are those chocolate covered cherries? I am definitely making the strawberry recipe for my next event!

This is so old but I finally got around to it and they got very mushy and watery after refrigerating them overnight to bring to a party. I would do it again but I might choose smaller strawberries and def eat right after preparing.

The trick is to stuff them right before you serve them. I would make the filling and hollow out the strawberries either earlier in the day or the night before.
