OMG- Teresa and Joe Giudice to plead guilty.
I feel bad for their children. They will suffer the most and for a longer time than mommy will serve. I'm sure their suffering will be worse than hers will ever be in prison.
Daddy is rumored to be deported back to Italy.

I don't feel bad for them, but feel horrible for the children. I keep trying to imagine Theresa in jail. She is going to be getting into alot of fights.

They will get what they deserve. I don't feel bad for them at all, but the children will suffer bc of their parents mistakes. They think they are above the law....and they're not.

Real Housewives Of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are reportedly close to making a plea deal with the US Attorney's office on 41 counts of fraud.
An insider told Touch Weekly that Joe will serve at least five years in federal prison while Teresa, 41, could escape with a maximum of five years probation - if they plead guilty to the charges and if the judge approves the deal in court on Tuesday.
That's a big break on the 50 years jail time the pair were initially threatened with. Joe, 41, is also likely to be given permission to remain in the country.
Because he is an Italian and not a US citizen, he could have been deported after conviction, according to prosecutors.
However, the couple will reportedly have to pay up to $11 million in restitution.
* I think that is a bs sentence for the amount of charges against them

If they really did something that bad, and the proof is that good, then how is a skate like that justice?
Plus, her fame has likely earned her a lot more than she will owe. Basically, they come out better from the whole ordeal?
Doesn't seem like justice in any form.

Me either, I dont feel bad for them at all. They did crime now pay the time.
The children will suffer but atleast they have money and will be taken care of. The good side is may be this will be a lesson learned for the kids not engage in criminal activity.
Im speaking from personal experience, it sucks but hopefully the kids can come out stronger.

I don't feel bad for them, they knew what they were doing and they got caught.
I guess Caroline was right when she said "there is a book deal here, Joe goes away and Teresa writes a book on how hard it is raising 4 daughters while her husband is in jail."

i love caroline... shes the only one that speaks the truth & is sooo right!! i am going to miss her this season!

I'm disgusted by this. I hope their multimillion dollar home and lavish lifestyle were worth leaving their girls without parents for a few years.

I see no reason why he should be able to stay in this country after committing a crime. It's a shame for the kids but they made that choice to risk their family's future when they chose to commit fraud.

He's not an American citizen. Is pleading guilty. Yet gets to stay in our country and go to our prisons and who pays for his next 5 years?

I cannot believe she would only get 5 years probation.... How is it that people with minor minor crimes get longer jail time and she defrauded people out of millions, and gets probie? Ugh
