OMG! The heartburn!!
Since entering the 3rd trimester, the heartburn has gotten SO much worse! Kinda nasty, but I have actually thrown up in my mouth and then quickly swallowed out of reflex. It's nasty!!  And, it burns!! I have been woken up at 2am and 3am for the last 3 nights feeling like I'm gonna puke. I take mylanta but they don't seem to be strong enough. I can take Prilosec in the 3rd, right??

Im having the same exact problem. Its so bad. It actually really hurts. Ive just been taking tums like 11 a day. The dr said tums was fine to use. If it gets really bad he said i can take some mylanta but i havent done that yet I might soon though
This baby better come out with a full head of hair

My Dr. said anything but Pepto is fine, but the Mylanta is not really working as well. TUMS do nothing for me.
After all of this heartburn, better come out with a FULL head of hair! At least it will be worth it!

 I've had heartburn/reflux every day since about 5 or 6 weeks. Usually, I can deal with it, but the past week, it has been horrible. It has gotten to the point that even water gives me heartburn. I started taking Zantac 75 yesterday. I'm not 100% better, but it has provided a lot of much needed relief. I can't even imagine how bad it's going to be over the next several months. Feel better!

how do you think my kid got some much hair!?! drinking a glass of milk before bed helped me as did sleeping with an extra pillow so i was a little propped up. it got pretty miserable, though.

Mine is already kicking up in the second tri. Most nights I can get away with just Tums, but if it's really bad I have been taking Pepcid which really seems to work for me. Also, I just make sure to eat small meals, avoid anything acidic after 2-3pm, and I usually just have something small for dinner (cereal, piece of plain chicken, or something like that). Hope you find some relief

I heard the same thing about heartburn!! I have been going through the same thing. Heartburn ALL THE TIME- Its so bad. I carry TUMS with me at all times.

awwwwwwwww, I can sympathize because I have acid reflux so I know what its like to have constant heartburn! Eat tums, that hleps me a little....
