OMG These Soothies Gel Pads are awesome for BF soreness!
I would highly recommend these Soothies Gel Pads for BF moms. I thought I got suckered into buying them but they are awesome. I was having pain whenever my nipples would brush up against clothing but now they feel great!

The only problem with them is when your milk comes in, they get messy-- well at least that is what happened to me!
