OMG, wedding related, but just OMG.
you're not even going to believe this one.
Most of you know we're having a reception in 2007.
I had a really bad dream last night - woke up sweating, actually. I was in a wedding dress, holding an invitation (MY invitation), hysterically crying. It was the day after Thanksgiving, and I showed up at my church to be married, and it WASN'T MY WEDDING DAY!!!!!!
When I woke up this morning, I panicked, and googled/ask.com/yahoo searched "Thanksgiving 2007". I came up with a little blurb stating that Thanksgiving is not the last Thursday in Nov., but the 4th Thursday. Meaning T-day 2007 is NOVEMBER 22, 2007.... NOT NOVEMBER 29, 2007, as our hall told us!!!!
HOLLLLLLY SHIATTTTT.
We were booked for 11/30/07, thinking it was the day after Thanksgiving. OMG.
I just called my wonderful BM in a panic, but thankfully, the hall is still open for 1 week prior.
Ok CRISIS OVER.

How come I didn't doubt the hall in the first place?!?! I don't even know. I can't believe I just took someone's word for it! (Granted, my parents, Rich, and Rich's parents were all present when the date was mentioned, and NONE of us caught on!!!)

didn't the hall double check the date when you booked it? that is so messed up, but at least its all been cleared up.
and really, you have soooooooooo much time, why are you stressing this now?
