OMG what's wrong with my baby? UPDATED
She had her 4 month shots on Thursday morning. She has not been sleeping since. She has been up every 2-3 hours screaming since Friday. She doesn't want to be swaddled or even be in her crib. She still has a very low fever, I've been giving her Tylenol.
She eating great, more than usual actually. I don't think it's teething. Maybe her ear infection is back? I can't wait to call the ped. I hope he sees her rather than tell me its a normal reaction.
Does it normally last this long?
I feel like I have a newborn again. I don't know how many more days I can miss work. I'm so tired and I want her to feel better
UPDATE:
Just got back from dr....she had an ear infection last week. The dr said it cleared up on day 7 of 10 and to stop the antibotic, then gave her her shots. Well I guess the shots brought her resistance down and she wasn't completely better because now she has a double ear infection.
The poor baby
At least I know for sure know this baby only cries and doesn't sleep when she really is sick!!!!

Poor little thing. I think she should be alright now from Thursday. But I am not an expert. Probably teething - I hope she feels better soon!

Poor thing!  I really don't remember DDs being that bad after any shots. I would call your ped.

maybe she just is cranky from the shots? or she could be going through a growth spurt..its so hard..they cant tell you whats wrong and it breaks your heart..good luck..lots of

Asher had a bad reaction to his DTap -- he got them on Thursday and really didn't get back to his normal self until the following Thursday. I hope she feels better.

If she is that unhappy, and you are uncomfortable, you should definitely go to the ped. If they tell you that it's a normal reaction, just tell them that you'd feel more comfortable if they actually observed her before deciding what's "normal."

I took Asher to the Ped on the Monday after the shots becuase he was still so uncharacteristically fussy, even though his fever was down. I just wanted to rule anything else out. He didn't have any other symptoms so they think it was just a reaction to the shot, but definately call them -- they'll want to see her if you are concerned.

I am so sorry she is not acting like herslf. My DD wasn't herself after her 1st round of shots. I would call the ped just for some peace of mind.

oh no. my doc NEVER lets me stop an antibotic even if the ear has cleared up, he always says that the whole prescription much be finished. also they shouldnt have given her shots if she was sick. thats another big no no with my kids doctor. im just glad you know the problem now. she will feel better in no time now!

Oh, I hope she feels better! Now you know for next time. Don't let them give her shots if she's just getting over being sick.

Oh poor little Hannah.. she's had such a rough few weeks
I'm sorry that she has a double ear infection but I'm glad you now know why she's been so miserable.. I hope she is better soon
