OMG....30 Day Shred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred for the first time.
DAMNNNNNNNNNNN...that thing kicked my azzz!!!!!!!
I'll be feeling this tomorrow, that's for sure.
Now a question...how often do I have to kill myself (aka- exercise)? I didn't hear if she recommended how many days per week.

yeah, it's a great workout!! very hard, but it definitely works!
she says (unfortunately for us) that it can be done EVERY day b/c it works different muscle groups. I don't come close to doing it every day, but maybe 3-4 times a week....

Unfortunately I did it on Sunday and my calves are STILL so sore I haven't been able to do it again!!! I am so mad!!!
I am going to try 3x a week and work up to 5x a week, I hope I can do it tomorrow at least!

I do it 3 times a week. I just tried Level 2 on Monday and I thought I was going to puke! On a good note, I did lose 3 little pounds
