Omg...so funny...
I was at Fortunoff's the other night getting a gift for my SIL's shower. I'm with my friend and I'm about to get on the escalator going down to the first floor. For some reason, I always get dizzy when I get on an escalator...I don't know why. I have both my hands full and my foot slips and I freak out (fearing that I"m going to fall) and I ride the escalator down like I'm doing a lunge...  I kept laughing because all I could imagine was all the crap in my hands flying down and making a huge noise.
Please tell me I'm not the only one who gets dizzy on the escalator...

OMG. I just got a mental pic in myhead, I hate the escalator. I cant talk while I am on them, otherwise I trip getting on/off.

I don't get dizzy on them I just hate getting on and off them. I hold on real tight!

The worst is when it isn't working and you have to walk down it like a staircase while it is not moving.
I swear if you look down at the steps when it's like that you get SO dizzy.
What is up with that???

When I was in college I worked at Hollister in the Roosevelt Field Mall. My friend and I thought it would be fun to try to run up the down escalator at night after the mall was closed. Well I fell down the escalator and wound up cutting my knee open and needing stitches. I can laugh about it now but god was I stupid!

I don't get dizzy, but, going down the escalator has ALWAYS petrified me! I don't know why.
I remember when I was little my mom went down, she thought I was behind her..Nope, I stood at the top. She had to come back up and get me.
I guess its that falling feeling..I hate it.
