ON/Gap sizng - kids sizing

does anyone know what size gap XS and ON XS is? DD is 4, wearing a 4t top, but shes super skinny, wears a 3t, or sometimes a 2t pants/skirt. i'm looking for dresses for her, and there are some cute ones on ON kids, not toddler, but i dont knwo if hte XS woudl be too big. i know the pants/skirts woudl never work, but wondering about tees/dresses.

ETA: dd is 39 inches, and about 31 pounds. i dont want hte dresses to look baggy on her. i know , i can always order and return, but anyone know?

I think they'll be too big. DS is 5, wears a 5T from Old Navy (fits perfect) and 5 years at the Gap (still a little room). He has a few things that are XS (tops only) and they're big on him.
