? on houses in Wantagh
How come certain areas in Wantagh, the houses don't have basements?
The area is around Southern State Pkwy.
Does anyone know?

Yes, north of jerusalem is considered North Wantagh, Levittown School District and most of the homes are Levitt homes.

my guess is that its close to Levittown and most of the house in levitown have no basements maybe these were built around the same time?

Yes thats correct. South of jerusalem ave, the houses are WAY more money too, SD #23 too.
