On Indomethacin and Bed Rest and feeling waves of cramps the past hour (w/update)
I never felt any "contractions" before, but my cervix measured shorter (2.8) yesterday. Doc says it could be a sign of pre-term labor so I'm on Indomethacin and bed rest.
What are these feelings? Sorry for TMI, but the waves of period-like cramps are usually followed by gas. And baby is moving around.
Am I feeling contractions? Because I was told that I shouldn't since I'm on the Indomethacin (muscle relaxer).
Any advice?
ETA: I haven't felt the cramps since about 10pm last night, thank God. I was contemplating going to the ER, but then the cramps stopped. I'm hoping it was just gas. I slept like a baby (like my baby? lol) all night. I see my Peri-Natologist tomorrow, so hopefully everything they look at shows it was nothing, but I'll ask them about what I was feeling. Scared the crap out of me. I don't want to call them today because I think they'd send me to the ER, and at this point, I don't feel any cramps.
