On-line colleges????

I am looking to get a second cert in Special Ed. Does anyone know if I can do this on-line? I already have an English certification and have been teaching for 6 years.

I would be surprised if you could do this on-line. I am sure you get take some courses on-line, but to be an effective teacher, you need to work with the kids, particularly special ed. the practical hands-on experience is crucial with the various needs of the special ed. population. you will not get this soley on line.
