On the day of your glucose test ....
What did you eat for breakfast & lunch? I really want to pass on the first try this time. With my DS I had to do the 3 hour one.

I had waffles & syrup for breakfast - I wasn't even thinking about sugar & carbs. I passed though!

I was told to fast...so I plan on going first thing in the morning before I rip someone's arm off and start noshing.

I had 2 eggo waffles and a glass of no-sugar-added apple juice.
We'll find out if I passed today.

I had egg whites on whole wheat toast.
I did not change my diet at all. I took mine right after Christmas & my Birthday. Even with all the food & desserts I ate, I still passed.
It's your body's response, not your diet that will determine if you pass.

Cereal - frosted mini wheats.
I passed.
It all depends on how your body metabolizes the sugar, not what you eat that determines GD or not.

Well, I took the 1 hour test twice, the first time I ate toast and some juice and failed it, the 2nd time I didn't eat after 12 am and had no breakfast and still failed....so its really just up to your body.

YUP! I swear I can't take much more, I'm so stressed out! I passed it with my DD the first time, but of course I fail it with this pregnancy. Now I have to do the 3 hour one! I just don't get it.
