Once again - another napping question - 10 month old

His naps have been non-existent lately, so I re-read all of my sleeping books to see what he should be doing about now.

We are in lockdown this week until we get these naps on some sort of schedule.

Today - he didn't take a morning nap - but napped from 12:45-now. 2 hours. Do you think this could be his new schedule? Does it sound right?

I will know more tomorrow I suppose but I was just wondering what the heck I should be expecting and what the other babies are doing.

Definitely stick with your plan to see how this week works out and reveals a new schedule.

Lucas is not getting the second nap at daycare anymore (they say he refuses) but he still gets it on the weekend. He has:

9:30 AM (1 - 1.5 hours)

2:30 PM (1 hour)

I agree to stick with what your doing and see how it unfolds
DS still takes a consistent morning nap at around 9-9:30 for like 1-2 hours. His afternoons naps are a little more irregular b/c on the days I work his nap time is around when I pick him up from daycare or my SIL. Sometimes he will just fall asleep in the car and transfer when we get home (he did that today and has been sleeping now for the past hour). The days i dont work- he naps anywhere in the afternoon starting at around 2-3 and then like one day a week he may even skip it altogether (but goes to bed earlier b/c he so tired)

Paul is still doing 2 naps daily.

Alyson dropped one nap shortly after her first birthday and it took a few weeks to adjust.
