One airline I will never use again! VENT!!!
JetBlue cancelled our flight AGAIN! I just had to re-book it yesterday. It was originally for today, then had to be re-booked for tomorrow. They called me today and said they cancelled all of their flights for tomorrow too. I just asked for my money back now and booked w/ another airline instead.
What the heck is going on? I know they may have been delayed due to the storm last WEDNESDAY...but now they are cancelling every single flight for days and days? When I asked for an explaination, they could not give me one.

I don't think they have enough crew... it was on the news last night.
I love jetblue and have had nothing but great experiences with them... actually we're flying with them tomorrow!!! It stinks that they haven't been able to get back to normal since the storm.

I don't know where you are flying to, but I would just double check your flight to make sure it wasn't cancelled. They told me they cancelled all flights to and from NY for tomorrow.
We usually use them, but the quality of service has been going gradually down. I'm glad that wasn't your experience with them though. CNN reported that it was basically because of the ice storm on Wednesday.

This is such a shame. Up till last week I always thought Jetblue was pretty reputable. I never heard any bad things about them and flew them last Feb. and though they were great. I hppe they can get their act together/

I have had problems the last 2 times I flew back from Palm Beach
the first time- the 5 hour delay was for no reason - no weather on either side
the second time - ok It was raining in NY and even Jake's AA flight was delayed from Miami that night- they sat on the runway- and I was in the airport
I think it was LGA issue- not Jet Blue
but I am shocked about what is still going on with them now

I know it sounds weird, but b/c people couldn't make it to work on Wed - crews had to double up and it totally caught up to them that they don't have the crews now because they have strict regulations about how many hours they can work.

The messed us up big time this weekend! We ended up getting our money back for our flight to Orlando and used it to beg the nice reservation lady at Continental to get us on her flight...out of Jersey!! We took JetBlue home yesterday and everything was on schedule.
If you go to their website they have canceled flights to certain cities due to weather, not lack of staff.
