One Bedroom Coop w/twins-do-able?

Help!! My husband and I got the best news, we are expecting twins in July. I need your help, honestly is there a ton of stuff w/ twins? Our apartment is so small -in the bedroom we only have a full size bed, not even a queen. My mother offered for us to move in w/ her.

Honestly, is it a lot in the beginning? How do- able is a small one bedroom apartment with twins??

Re: One Bedroom Coop w/twins-do-able?

I live in a one bedroom (620 square feet) in Manhattan with twins! It has been an adventure!

Our bedroom is roomy. We have a king sized bed plus two cribs, a book case and a long baby dresser in it!

It was really important to me to have the living room stay the living room! I didn't want the babies sleeping where there was cooking going on!

In the beginning, they slept in bassinets (until 5 months old) in the bedroom. Our living room is a nice size so if you are organized, it is totally doable! I also left a lot of stuff at my moms and I rotated things as needed.

Now that they are 2.3 months old, we need to move. I and trying so hard to make this work, but I want them to have some room to play and I would like my bedroom back!

I did have to put some things in storage and did a major cleaning out, but we are 1 of 4 families with twins in my building and it looks like some are here for the long haul!

Good Luck!!!!!
