One last OPK question... LOL
Why do some people say to test 2x a day (morning and night) and some people say to test once a day between 2pm and 8pm?? Which is better? And how long do you have to hold your pee? I'm mentally exhausted and OPK'd out now! LOLOLOL

You definitely don't need to test twice a day!
Test between 2 and 8 pm after having held in your urine for 4 hours.
The reason you want to test at that time is because LH (the hormone the OPK is detecting) is synthesized in your body during the day, so it usually won't show up until the late afternoon.
