One night get away

Hi
DH and I are am looking to go away for just one night in April. Something like 7am - 9pm the next day. We are looking for ideas besides Atlantic City.... many people have suggested Eastern LI, but neither of us are wine drinkers. Is there much else to do out there? Any hotel suggestions? Any imput is so appreciated.... we can really use a get away!

How about the poconos? They are a short drive away.

Or the Lancaster PA/ Hershey park area? There is the Hershey chocolate tour and I believe they have a spa. There are also outlets and golf and all sorts of little markets and stuff. Its about 3.5 hours from LI.
