Onion Chopper Rave
Can I please rave for a minute about this onion chopper thingy that my mother gave me. Its fab. I made meatballs and spicy tomato sauce (which was beautiful) and I had to chop 3 onions for the recipe. I used this little thingy, and it was perfect, easy and the small screen makes the onions into tiny little pieces. Run out and buy one of these thingys today. Great stuff.

I have one and I love chopping my onions with it. I also do peppers and other veggies too. But I can NEVER chop an onion like its shown in the picture. That is just too hard, I break it down to smaller pieces.

REALLY??!!! I've wanted to get that for the longest time, but you know how must "As Seen On TV" type stuff is...I thought it would be a piece of crap!
I will definitely go buy one now!

I've had mine for almost 2 years now, and i won't ever chop an onion the old way again. I'm giving one to both of my sisters for Christmas too so I don't have to chop onions at their houses either.

We have one and it works great. The only complaint I have is that the metal is starting to bend in the slicer.

thank you so much for posting this!! I was just telling DH last night that I would love a chopper that chops like the pros do.
we were out at a Mexican restaurant last night and the pico de gallo had perfectly cubed pieces of onion & tomato.
ETA: is this what you guys are talking about? It's only $15!
ETA #2: B,B&B also has this one for $40 not sure if it's any good though
