most websites will give free shipping once the season really kicks in (late November-early Dec). I remember last year I ordered something from bestbuy.com for $20 and got free s&h and it was here 2 days later

We use Amazon for a lot but try to order early - there tend to be shipping delays with free shipping the closer you get to Christmas. It's like 7-10 business days or something.
I like ThingsRemembered too for engraved/personalized stuff.
