Does anyone take online surveys? If so are they safe and do they really pay you? Do you know if surveyspot is legit?

I work for a market research company and there are some that are legit.
Most give you a chance for a sweepstake, others give you points toward gifts.
Legit ones that I know / have worked with before professionally:
Surveyspot
NPD online
Greenfield online
E-rewards...
I'm sure that there are others that are not coming to mind right now....

There are a ton of legit paid survey sites out there- you can find quite a bit HERE

I do MyPoints (redeem points for giftcards) and MySurvey (they send a check).
MySurvey is kind of hit or miss--it seems like I will get a bunch of surveys all at once and then nothing for a while.
