Online Wills and Trusts?
Has anyone used Legalzoom or a similar online service to write your will? Also, does anyone know if such sites are reputable?

There was a thread on this topic not too long ago. I think most people, including myself, recommended you do wills/trusts through a lawyer that someone recommends.

Here are some of the threads:
Do you have a living will?
Is this a dumb idea on my part?

Re: Online Wills and Trusts?
Thanks for sending this thread--thinking about it moving forward, it probably makes more sense for us to go with a lawyer, especially since we want to set up a trust for our son also.
The online version seems good in a sense, to get it done quickly. It's so hard to organize a time when DH and I can both go, and we can get someone to watch DS, so it doesn't get done. But I think we need to make an effort.
