Only 1 nap at 1 year old????? Help
DD always napped 10am and 2pm for a total of 3 hours a day in naps, but this past week she's only napping for 1 hour at 10am. When I put her in her crib in the afternoon she just plays. She's been in there since 2:30 and no sleeping
Please tell she isn't transitioning to 1 nap already. I'm not ready for this. Plus I think 11am - 8pm is too long without a nap, but she is sooooo cranky in the morning there is no way I can keep her up longer than 10am. That's a stretch. How do I fix this?

i hope somebady can answer this.. we are having the same problem.. yeah they are 19 months but weve been only 1 nap for the last few months.. aagghhhh! i like naptime!

welcome to toddlerhood!  you got lucky!! hannah cut out that mid morning nap around 8 or 9 months!!

Katherine dropped the am nap at 1 year old (or slightly before). Her one and only nap takes place at 3pm.
Maybe you can try keeping her up--push back the morning nap little by little so she's not going such a long span between sleeping.

We have been talking and playing in our crib for over an hour for our afternoon nap so I have no advice
