Opinions needed
So not preggo related...well a little bit
DH and I had a water leak in our apt which landlord again failed to take care of. We decided its time to GET OUT with the baby coming and all. My options are these
#1 go to a really nice complex that is 5 yrs old, all new stuff, mom is around the block (2min away) brother around the other side, childcare place down the block, Gates at nite etc... $1467/month
#2 go to a nice complex that is about 40 yrs old, def doesnt look new but grounds are maintained, no gates, mom, bro and childcare about 10 min away $1355, some comm activities
I want the best now that the babies coming and I dont want to have to pick up and leave again. what would u do? TIA

For the relatively small price difference, I'd go with #1.

For an extra $100 I would definitely go with option #1.

I would go with #1. We had the chance to save 100.00 also if we picked a different apt complex, but at the end of the day, it is money well spent.
Posters pointed out, it is equals out to a few dinners out each month.
