OPK
If we've been trying for 5 months now using FF and charting BBT and haven't had any success, is it time for OPK or time for a dr visit? I'm wondering if I'm relying too much on FF.
I'm only 4 dpo but I'm pretty sure it didn't happen this month.
And I just turned 37 and I'm getting nervous.

Re: OPK
FF/BBT charting, is only to confirm ovulation, it won't help you predict it. I highly recommend the clear blue fertility monitor as an opk...but definitely try some sort of opk. If you are 37, I wouldn't wait too long before going to a RE. They usually can speed this process up.

Re: OPK
I don't know why I've been avoiding the OPK...but I have.
I've got a pretty detailed chart on FF though!
I did finally make an appt with ob/gyn for next week so I guess I'll start looking for a RE now too.
right back atcha!

Re: OPK
The CBE Fertility Monitor really helped me pinpoint my O, much better than OPK's. I had success on the 2nd cycle with the monitor.
Good luck!!!

Re: OPK
Congrats to you
But, Holy cow!! That monitor is expensive!!
And right now the irony of all the years spent trying NOT to get pg is almost laughable.
But it looks like it's the CBE fertility monitor for me...
