Some say every other day, some every day.
My doctor told me every day unless DH's sperm count is low. It's not so it's every day for us.

on regular cycles once I get a positive on an OPK I have sex that night and two night following.

Thanks everyone. And how many days do you bd for once you get the surge. This is the first month we used opks, and I want to make sure I make the most of it!
