OPK Newbie....
The instructions say to not pee for 4 hours prior to testing.....does that mean i should not drink for 4 hours as well? what happens if you cant hold in for four hours?!?!

I don't drink a lot of water during the day anyway, so I never limited my beverage intake during that time.
I wouldn't down a gallon of water in that time either though.
Try to three hours.. that would be fine too.

that's what everyone has been saying...no drinking during the 4 hour wait...which should help with the wait too

don't stress too much. hold as long as you can. make sure you test between 2 and 8 pm. and don't drink ALOT beforehand.

just dont go crazy and dilute your urine
